The EQ assessment provides insight into an individual's potential for managing their own and others' emotions. EQ, or Emotional Intelligence, is as important as hard skills in the workplace. The EQ assessment helps organizations gauge individuals' ability to identify and manage their own emotions and respond effectively to the emotions of others. The assessment provides an overall EQ score, as well as subscores and insight into six critical components of emotional intelligence. In addition, the assessment includes a 60-minute debriefing meeting with the participant to ensure they understand the results and build a self-development plan.
