OUR PROCESS

THERE ARE TWO PATHS TO REAP THE BENEFITS OF USING DATA IN YOUR CANDIDATE SELECTIONS AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.

ASSESSMENT & DEBRIEF //

Review the options and order assessments on the Order page.

For Candidate Selection:

  • Once HR, Talent Acquisition, or the Hiring Manager purchases a Candidate Selection Assessment on the Order page, an Assessment Link is sent to the candidate* from R3. Once the Assessment is completed by the candidate, an R3 Assessment Practice Leader will contact the procuring HR, TA or Hiring Manager to conduct a 60 minute debrief of the results and recommendation rationale.

For Leadership or Career Development:

  • Once your organization purchases a Leadership Development or EQ Assessment, on the Order page, an Assessment Link is sent to the leader* from R3. Once the Assessment is completed, and R3 Assessment Practice Leader will  contact the participant to share and debrief their results.


* You will have the choice to:

  • Designate an internal company contact to receive the assessment link(s) to share with the participant via email, or

  • Request R3 send assessment link(s) directly to the candidate or leader.

EXECUTIVE COACHING //
  • NEW HIRE ASSIMILATION
  • LEADERSHIP
  • TEAM

 

Based on R3 Assessments, Executive Coaching is tailored for each particular leader and coaching goals.

Typical engagements include:

  • New Hire Assimilation Coaching: Weekly 60-minute coaching sessions for the first month, followed by bi-weekly 60-minute sessions. The typical engagement of 6 - 12 months will support the new hire through a strategic and smooth transition into your organization.
     

  • Leadership Coaching: Bi-weekly 60-minute coaching sessions to define goals, hone skills and behaviors for success, and reap results of rigorous individual development and accountability goals. Typical engagement is 6 - 12 months.
     

  • Team Coaching: Identify how a team could become effective through 1:1 interviews of the team members are completed to identify how a team could become more effective. From there, team coaching sessions occur monthly and 1:1's occur quarterly. Typical engagement is 12 - 18 months.
